What exactly do I get for $19.99?
A real website, built for you and hosted, on your own domain. AI chat answering on it day and
night. Every lead captured and saved. Online booking. Two blog posts a month. And the mobile
dashboard when the app lands. What you don't get at $19.99 is a phone line or texting — that's Office.
What changes at $99?
The phone. Office adds a business number, AI that answers it, and texting — plus quotes, contracts,
invoices, payments, jobs, a calendar, a customer portal and review requests. It's the step from
"I look real online" to "the office runs itself." It includes 500 texts and 100 voice minutes a month.
What is this texting registration you keep mentioning?
In the US, carriers require every business that sends texts to register first — the company and
the kind of messages you'll send. It's called A2P 10DLC. Skip it and your texts get blocked or
filtered. Every provider has to do this; nobody is exempt. We file it for you and chase it
through to approval. The cost is yours, and it sits on top of your plan price —
a one-time registration fee plus a small monthly carrier fee, passed through at cost rather than
marked up, with the first three months of the monthly fee collected up front because that's how
the carriers bill it. You see an itemised total and approve it before anything is submitted.
Your number takes calls straight away; texting waits on approval, which is usually minutes to
hours at the registry and then up to about a week at the carriers.

Am I locked in?
No. Month to month, cancel whenever. Paying for a year costs about ten months instead of twelve.
Do I need my own domain?
Starter includes a custom domain and it's yours to keep. Already own one? Point it at us and
we'll set it up for you.
Is this only for contractors?
No. The website, chat, booking and lead capture suit any local business — salons, clinics,
studios, detailers, shops. The deeper tools higher up the ladder (quoting, materials, crews) were
built for the trades, and it shows. If you're not a trade, the
lower plans still cover everything you need.
Is there an iPhone app?
Not yet. It's built and being prepared for release, and it's included at every plan when it lands.
