SMS Communications Opt-In

1. How you opt in

There is exactly one way to consent to text messages from RunJack: you enter your mobile number on a form on this website and you tick the consent box. The box is never ticked for you, and the form sends perfectly well without it.

We do not buy phone numbers, we do not import lists, and we do not text people who have not asked us to.

The form below is the real one — the same form, with the same wording, that appears on every page of this site. Submitting it sends your details to us.

2. The opt-in form

This is the consent collection used on runjack.ai. The checkbox is unchecked by default and stays that way unless you tick it.

By sending this you agree to our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms. We'll only text you if you ticked the box above.

3. The full disclosure

By giving us your phone number and ticking the box above, you consent to receive text messages from RunJack about the website preview you asked for, about your account and setup, about service updates, appointment reminders for any call you book with us, and about billing.

Message frequency varies with what you are doing. Expect a handful of messages while we build your preview and get you set up, and very little after that.

Message and data rates may apply. Check your plan with your mobile carrier.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP to any message for help.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to text messages to get a website preview, to buy a plan, or to get anything else from RunJack. Leave the box unticked and we will email you instead. You can opt out later at any time by replying STOP.

4. What you will actually receive

  • A message when your website preview is ready, with the link
  • Replies to questions you asked us
  • Account and setup messages once you are a customer
  • Service updates — things changing, things going wrong, things we need from you
  • Appointment reminders, if you book a call with us
  • Billing notices, such as a payment that did not go through

We do not send bulk promotional blasts.

5. How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT work too. You get one confirmation message and then nothing further. Opting out is free.

7. Messages from a business that uses RunJack

If you are getting texts from a roofer, a salon or a contractor that runs on RunJack, you opted in on their form, not ours. Those messages come from that business. Replying STOP stops that business. Section 3 of our SMS Terms & Conditions explains the difference.
