SMS Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 17, 2026
The short version: if you give RunJack your mobile number and tick the consent box, we may text you about the website preview you asked for and about your account. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
1. Who is texting you
There are two different text programs in play, and it matters which one you are in.
- Messages from RunJack — because you asked us for a website preview, or because you have a RunJack account. That is section 2, and these terms govern it.
- Messages from a business that uses RunJack — your roofer, your salon, your plumber. They send those, not us. That is section 3.
RunJack is a product of SaaS Dealer, Inc. Our address and contact details are in section 10.
2. Messages from RunJack
How you opt in
By entering your phone number on a form on this website and ticking the consent box — which is never ticked for you — you agree to receive text messages from RunJack at that number. The box is optional. You can send the form without it and we will email you instead.
What we send
- Updates on the website preview you asked for, and a link when it is ready
- Replies to a question you asked us
- Account and setup messages once you are a customer
- Service updates — things changing, things going wrong, things we need from you
- Appointment reminders, if you book a call with us
- Billing notices, such as a payment that did not go through
We do not send bulk promotional blasts, and we do not text people who have not asked us to.
How often
Message frequency varies with what you are doing. Expect a handful of messages while we are building your preview and getting you set up, and very little after that.
3. Messages from a business that uses RunJack
RunJack is also the software thousands of local businesses use to talk to their own customers. If you gave your number to a roofer, a salon or a flooring contractor, the texts you get come from that business — sent through our platform, but written and sent by them.
Those messages are typically appointment reminders, quote follow-ups, service updates, payment reminders and customer care replies. Each business is responsible for its own messages and for its own compliance with the law. Replying STOP to one of those messages stops that business from texting you; it does not affect any other business, and it does not affect messages from RunJack itself.
If you want to know who is texting you, reply HELP — the business name and contact details come back.
4. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to messages you send and receive. Check your plan with your carrier.
5. How to stop messages (STOP)
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. UNSUBSCRIBE,
CANCEL, END and QUIT work too. You will get one
confirmation message, and then nothing further.
Opting out is free and takes effect immediately. We may still need to send you a legally required notice — for example, about a security incident affecting your account.
6. How to get help (HELP)
Reply HELP to any message and you will get the sender's name and how to reach them. You can also email us at support@runjack.ai at any time.
7. Your privacy
RunJack respects your privacy:
- No third-party sharing. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We will not sell, share, rent or transfer your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data to any third parties for any purpose.
- Used only for what you asked for. Your number is used for the messages described above and nothing else.
- Kept secure. We hold it under the protections described in our privacy policy.
Full detail is in our Privacy Policy. The consent box itself is shown, with its exact wording, on our SMS Opt-In page.
8. Carriers
Messages are carried by the major US mobile networks, including AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
US law and carrier rules require every business that sends texts to register first. RunJack files that registration — for ourselves and, as their software provider, for our customers.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions. The current version is always at this address, with its date at the top. Continuing to receive messages after a change means you accept the updated terms.
