Terms of Service
Last updated: October 17, 2026
1. Accepting these terms
By using RunJack (“the Service”), a product of SaaS Dealer, Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), or by using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to them, do not use the Service.
2. What RunJack is
RunJack is a business management platform for local businesses. It was built for contractors and home-service firms first, and it suits any business that takes calls, bookings or quotes. Depending on the plan you choose, the Service includes a hosted website, an AI assistant that answers chats, calls and texts, customer and lead management, quoting, scheduling, invoicing, and communication tools including SMS, email and voice calling.
What is included at each plan is set out on our pricing page. Some capabilities are listed there as not yet released; those are shown so you know what is coming, not as part of what you are buying today.
3. This website
If you send us your details through a form on runjack.ai, you are asking us to contact you — nothing more. There is no charge, no obligation on either side, and you are not signing up for anything. We will use what you send to prepare what you asked for and to reply to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Please only send us details you are entitled to send, and please do not submit anyone else's phone number.
4. Your account
You must give accurate and complete information when you create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done under your account.
5. Subscription, renewal and billing
5.1 Automatic renewal. Plans are billed in advance — monthly, or yearly if you chose yearly billing — and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. By starting a plan you authorise RunJack (SaaS Dealer, Inc.) to charge your saved payment method the then-current plan price on that recurring schedule, without asking you again each time. We send a receipt after every charge.
5.2 Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. We do not refund partial periods.
5.3 Carrier and third-party fees. Some features require services we buy from third parties on your behalf — in particular A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration, carrier review, and phone-number rental. You authorise us to charge your saved payment method for these at the amounts shown to you before each purchase, and to add the recurring portion to your invoice. Campaign fees are billed three months in advance at registration and monthly thereafter. Amounts paid to carriers and registries on your behalf are not refundable once submitted.
5.4 Usage beyond your plan. Where a plan includes an allowance of messages or voice minutes, usage beyond the allowance is billed as used, up to a spending cap you set.
5.5 Price changes. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice to the account owner. You may cancel before a change takes effect.
5.6 Refunds. Refunds, cancellation and fee-by-fee refundability are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
- Break any law, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM or GDPR
- Send unsolicited communications or spam
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system
7. Intellectual property
RunJack and its original content, features and functionality are owned by SaaS Dealer, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours. The content of the website we build for you is yours, and the domain is yours. If you leave, you take both with you.
8. Data and privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the data you put into the Service. We will not sell it, and we will not use your business data for anything other than providing the Service to you.
You are responsible for making sure that the way you collect and use your own customers' data through the Service complies with the privacy and data-protection laws that apply to you.
9. Messaging
If you use the SMS, email or voice features, you must comply with our SMS Terms & Conditions and with applicable law. That includes getting proper consent before messaging anyone and honouring every opt-out request. Breaking messaging rules may result in your messaging being suspended immediately — the carriers hold us responsible for what is sent through our platform.
10. Availability
We work hard to keep the Service up, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for damage or loss caused by interruptions or data loss. Keep your own copies of anything critical.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RunJack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RunJack and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your use of the Service or from your breach of these Terms.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will tell you about material changes by email or inside the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
14. Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Service for breach of these Terms, or otherwise at our discretion. When access ends, your right to use the Service ends with it. What happens to your data on cancellation is set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
